Sadelle’s at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino offers a dining experience that sits somewhere between a bustling café and a refined restaurant, making it a fitting spot for both casual breakfasts and more celebratory brunches. Nestled inside one of Las Vegas’s iconic resorts, its atmosphere recalls a whimsical, vintage charm with a slightly upscale twist—some guests liken it to stepping into a well-appointed English tearoom, complete with a playful yet polished vibe.

This place draws a mix of visitors: hotel guests working around their Vegas agendas, families marking special occasions, and locals willing to brave the well-known queue for a quality start to their day. Weekends and mornings can be particularly busy, so booking a reservation is a smart move to skip the line and secure a spot without the typical wait.

The menu leans heavily on elevated breakfast and brunch staples, with attention to presentation and seasonal touches. Dishes like the Bellagio Benedict, Avocado Toast with Pickled Onions, and French Toast highlight a balance of classic comfort with thoughtful ingredients—like the pickled onions and fresh greens that brighten the avocado toast or the rich, buttery notes in the eggs served here. The kitchen also touches on traditional favorites such as matzo ball soup and a cream cheese danish, which add some savory and sweet contrasts beyond the usual morning fare.

Service tends to be attentive and responsive, with staff often accommodating special requests, such as offering hot chocolate even when it’s not explicitly on the menu. This flexibility enhances the experience, especially for groups celebrating milestones, where personalized touches like surprise birthday cakes add to the moment.

Pricing is on the higher side, reflecting both the Bellagio setting and the quality of ingredients, so the place works best for those who don't mind spending a bit more for the ambiance and the curated dishes. It’s a convenient breakfast spot when staying at the Bellagio, though some locals might find the flavor profiles less bold compared to smaller, neighborhood cafés outside the Strip.

Visitors planning to come should aim for morning hours midweek when the flow is steady but not overwhelming. The mood inside Sadelle’s carries a blend of relaxed indulgence and old-school charm, with enough buzz around the room to provide energy without tipping into the hectic vibe typical of many Vegas dining spots.

This was a very fancy breakfast. It felt like you were in some “Alice in wonderland”setting, and reminded me of an English fine dining restaurant. I had eggs with caviar ($71 extra!) that was tasty but almost imperceptible with the buttery eggs and massive amounts of dill they put in everything. The French toast was amazing, however, as was the sticky bun. A fun place to try if you don’t mind expensive additions.

I really enjoyed the breakfast here. We got oatmeal - it was topped with fruits, chia seeds & coconut flakes. Avocado toast - it was topped with greens and pickled onion and fresh dried tomatoes, blueberry pancakes. Everything was really good. Capucino's are 9$! But worth it. They even obliged us with a hot chocolate which I couldn't find on there menu! Would go again! The lines are crazy. Reservations are a must and even then you would end up waiting in line. The interiors are just gorgeous. It's a charming place to eat breakfast.

Highly recommend booking a reservation online, it was super easy, and we didn't have to wait at all. There was a long walk-in line and we skipped right past it, which already made the experience start off amazing. We were celebrating my stepmom's birthday, and they brought out a beautiful birthday cake for her (see photo of the cake!). Such a thoughtful touch that made the brunch extra special. Our waiter, Mike, was incredible, very friendly, professional, and even offered to take photos for us. He checked in to make sure we were happy with our order, and genuinely made the experience even better. I ordered the Vegas Breakfast, which was such a great deal, and it came with the Vegas Omelette, Drink & Sides. Everything was delicious. The side of caviar was surprisingly good too, definitely worth adding on.

We got the salmon benedict and avocado toast, and both were just okay. The taste wasn't anything special/memorable, and have had much better at less acclaimed/more affordable places. The place is super cute and convenient if you're staying at the Bellagio, though they've given so much dining credits out that it becomes a nightmare just to get around much less eat at this hotel. Overall experience 3.5/5.

During my stay at the Bellagio, I had breakfast at Sadelle’s twice because the experience was that good. The first time, I had the classic American breakfast; the second time, I tried the steak and eggs, along with the French toast. The food was cooked to perfection, and I didn’t feel overly full — I almost ordered more! The server who helped us was very kind and attentive, making our experience fantastic. Sadelle’s truly made my stay at the Bellagio worth it, and I’ll definitely be going back.

We came here for brunch and honestly… wow. Five stars across the board! The atmosphere was perfect, the service was on point, and the food? Absolutely delicious. I had the salmon Benedict, a waffle, and a cappuccino — all so good I’d order them again tomorrow. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even though we walked in without a reservation during the holiday season, the wait was only about 40 minutes which was reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was well prepared and full of flavor. I especially loved the French toast and the waffles , both were excellent and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying breakfast!
